The accommodation stands out for its charming location right at the foot of the ski slope with magnificent views of the mountains and slopes. You wake up to a mountain panorama and have the slopes practically on your doorstep!

The apartment features 2 bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a toilet – as well as 4 comfortable beds: 1 bunk bed, 2 double beds and a double sofa bed. Everyone will find their perfect sleeping spot.

The open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available – practical for longer stays.

Further amenities: balcony with mountain views, free WiFi, TV with satellite television (German), covered private parking space in the same building and central heating for cosy winter days.

The location is unbeatable: only 100 m to the bus stop, 50 m to Holzschopf restaurant, 500 m to Gadental nature reserve, 2 km to Spar supermarket and the beautiful Kalbelesee lake. Golf Lech golf course is 18 km away, St. Anton train station is 33 km and Innsbruck airport is 130 km away.
