The bedroom and facilities
The apartment features 1 cosy bedroom with 3 beds – a bunk bed, a double bed and a double sofa – perfect for up to 6 people. With a size of 53 m², the accommodation is compact and efficiently designed. Additionally, there are 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a toilet.

Modern facilities and comfort
The open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils. For your laundry, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Free WiFi, satellite television and a balcony with mountain views round off the offer.

Location and surroundings
The apartment is located directly at the foot of the ski slope with magnificent views of the mountains and slopes. You are only 100 metres from the ski lift and 50 metres from the Holzschopf restaurant. The nearest bus stop is 100 metres away, the Spar Schröcken supermarket 2.3 km and the beautiful Kalbelesee 2.3 km away. The Gadental nature reserve and the river are only 500 and 250 metres away respectively.

A covered private parking space in the same building is available to you. St. Anton train station is 33 km away, Innsbruck airport 130 km.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. Youth groups cannot be accommodated, I'm afraid. Check-out is at 10:00.
