Welcome to this modern Mountain Residence in Schröcken! This tastefully furnished apartment offers you the perfect retreat for your mountain holiday. With 2 bedrooms and a total area of 100 m², the accommodation is ideal for up to 5 people.
The bedrooms and beds are comfortably equipped: you will find 4 beds distributed across 2 bedrooms, including double beds, a bunk bed and a double sofa. With 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 toilet), there is plenty of space for all guests.
The facilities leave nothing to be desired. The open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils. Additionally, you have access to a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Free WiFi and satellite television in German provide entertainment.
Location and surroundings are simply fantastic! The apartment is located directly at the foot of the ski slope with magnificent views of the mountains and slopes. The ski bus stops just 100 m away, the Holzschopf restaurant is 50 m away, and the Spar Schröcken supermarket is 2.3 km away. Kalbelesee is 2.3 km away, the Gadental nature reserve is just 500 m away. The Golf Lech golf course (17.9 km) and St. Anton train station (33 km) are also easily accessible.
